First look at Crazy Pictures’ new sci-fi adventure film UFO Sweden

The teaser trailer for Crazy Pictures' new feature film UFO Sweden, that SF Studios is co-producing and distributing, is released today. UFO Sweden tells the story about a teenage rebel placed in foster care, who suspects that her father is not dead, but has been kidnapped by UFOs. The acclaimed film collective describes their upcoming project UFO Sweden as the love child between The X-Files and Stranger Things, placed in a small town in Sweden. As previously announced, the film will star 17-year-old rising star Inez Dahl Torhaug, who is making her feature film debut playing the main character Denise. The lead cast also includes Guldbagge Award-winning Eva Melander, Jesper Barkselius and Sara Shirpey. The film is expected to premiere in the cinemas in December 2022.

UFO Sweden is produced by Crazy Pictures in co-production with SF Studios, Film i Väst and SVT with the support from Norrköping’s Film Fund, The Swedish Film Institute and Nordisk Film & TV Fond. The film is distributed by SF Studios in the Nordics and REinvent handles international sales.
