On March 29th, SF Studios co-hosted an industry event for the Swedish film and TV industry, highlighting how to work with intimate scenes and intimacy coordinators. The seminar is one of several industry seminars organized since the #metoo movement, with the purpose to increase industry awareness and competence on various topics in the field of establishing safe and inclusive workplaces.

Yarit Dor, intimacy coordinator (Becoming Elizabeth, Bridgerton, The Girlfriend Experience) spoke about experiences and best practices from UK, which was one of the first countries in the world that implemented guidelines for intimate scenes. Goran Kapetanović (director), Aliette Opheim (actress) and Malin B. Erikson (intimacy coordinator) discussed experiences from shooting intimate scenes at the drama series Knutby (currently available at CMore/TV4), and Jan Blomgren (Swedish Film & TV Producers Association) and Kristina Linglöf (SF Studios) talked about next steps and the upcoming work of establishing guidelines for intimate scenes for the film and drama industry in Sweden. The event were moderated by Simon Norrthon (The Swedish Union for Performing Arts and Film).
