On Friday November 14, the Bond film No Time To Die reached 1 million admissions in Danish cinemas and thus became the most watched Bond film in Denmark ever. It is the only Bond film ever to sell over 1 000 000 tickets, an achievement that has happened after only 6.5 weeks in the cinema. After another great weekend, No Time To Die  has sold a total of 1,001,526 tickets and earned more than DKK 126 million in Danish cinemas alone. There are only 12 films since 1976, when they officially began to track ticket sales, which have exceeded the magic million mark in Denmark. Some of these titles in recent times are Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001, 2002 and 2003), Avatar (2009), Titanic (1997) and The Lion King (1994).

No Time to Die has been a huge success in all Nordic countries topping the charts since its premiere on September 30. The film is about to surpass the Bond films Skyfall and Spectre in box office gross revenue in Sweden and become the most successful Bond film of all time. So far the number of tickets sold are 731 000 in Sweden, 634 000 in Norway and 567 000 in Finland.
