Premiere for Arnie Alligator and his Jungle Friends
Today, SF Studios' animated feature film Arnie Alligator and his Jungle Friends (Arne Alligator och djungelkompisarna) premieres in Swedish and Finnish cinemas. On February 3 there was a gala premiere in Stockholm. The well-known Nordic children’s character Arnie Alligator was present together with the producers of the Arnie Alligator's music videos, creator Marcus “Macke” Granberg and Anton Molander. SF Studios invested in the IP in 2021. As part of this, Arnie Alligator has now become the animated feature film Arnie Alligator and his Jungle Friends and a TV series that will be released in the Nordics in the beginning of 2024, produced by Filippa Torstensson for SF Studios with See You Later! as a co-producer. SF Studios also distributes the film and TV series in the Nordics. The film premieres in Swedish and Finnish cinemas on February 9, that will be followed by a theatrical release in Denmark on April 11.
Arnie Alligator is already available to the audience through live shows, music streaming, merchandise and animated Youtube content and is one of the most streamed children’s music bands in the Nordics with more than 300 million Youtube views and 20 million downloads on Spotify.
