In the story of Quisling's last days, we get a condensed insight into a psychological and claustrophobic battle about truth and lies, faith and doubt. The project has its origins in extensive research and unique source material. Among the sources is a diary written by the priest Peder Olsen from his days as Quisling's confidante, from the arrest of Quisling until his execution on 24 October 1945, where Peder Olsen was one of Quisling's two counselors in prison.

Quisling - The Final Days will have its world premiere as the opening film of the 52nd Norwegian Film Festival in Haugesund on Sunday 18 August with a local theatrical premiere on September 13.

The Toronto Film Festival takes place this year from 5 to 15 September and Quisling - The Final Days will be accompanied by the film’s director, producers and cast for the Toronto premiere.

SF Studios handles theatrical distribution in the Nordics and Reinvent handles international sales.
