During the weekend, A Man Called Otto starring Tom Hanks, passed the Swedish adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo as the highest grossing Swedish production worldwide of all time with $106,200,000, and still counting. The film is produced by SF Studios with producers Fredrik Wikström Nicastro and Rita Wilson.

The film was released in the US on December 29 and has had a successful roll-out in other territories since then. There are still several key territories where Otto will be released, and this weekend it was announced that A Man Called Otto gets greenlight for a China release.
